Job purpose :
Responsible for driving the growth of the Bank’s Corporate Image/Brand and ensuring all aspects of its marketing and manufacturing match.
Key Accountabilities:
ï‚§ Maintain and enforce the corporate brand policies and strategies
ï‚§ Develop corporate identity standards/guidelines
ï‚§ Ensure brand manual is up to date and available to all stakeholders
ï‚§ monitoring of all physical and brand assets of the bank
ï‚§ Alignment and constituency in the area of brand identity elements across the bank including corporate services
ï‚§ Ensure Look and Feel of the bank upholds the standards and norms of the bank
ï‚§ Sourcing suppliers and products that fit with the context of the brand
ï‚§ Playing a key part in buying, sourcing and manufacturing of the brands products and ensuring all aspects of the supply chain align with the Bank.
ï‚§ Creating an enduring brand message that results in increases sales, brand loyalty and improved market share
ï‚§ Developing high quality and effective marketing materials that align correctly with the overall Brand strategy
ï‚§ Manage external agencies and ensure that Brand Management Budgets are met
ï‚§ Seek out new marketing opportunities that fit with the brand and maximise all opportunities for growth
ï‚§ Championing the Brand internally making sure all staff understand the Brand and its goals
Qualification required:
Minimum education level: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Brand Management or any other relevant discipline.
Experience required:
Minimum experience: 3 years’ relevant experience in a similar role with a proven track record.
